Shipping Policy

 

Shipping chocolate can have its challenges, especially during the hot summer months and warmer locations.  Due to the nature of chocolate and delicate truffles that we offer, it is important that we ship in a timely manner.  We recommend either overnight shipping or a maximum of 2-3 day shipping on all orders.  We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (excluding holidays and long weekends) to make sure you receive the package quickly and to ensure it's not sitting in a warehouse over the relaxing weekend days.

We do our best to pack and ship the product to protect it from heat.  We seal and insulate the product and add reusable ice packs to each package to make sure the product stays at an ideal temperature upon arrival.  These additions will be added in the shipping and handling costs at check out.

 

Responsibility

 

We will do our best to make sure that you will receive your chocolate fresh and in the best possible condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns due to the fact that these are perishable items.  We strongly recommend that there is someone home to receive the package, as we cannot take responsibility if the product is left at the place of delivery with no protection from heat, rain or other related weather conditions that may affect the product.  It would be best to have the product delivered to an air conditioned location if possible.
